Concert for the Blind Winter 2019

Learning along the way. We learned a lot from our first event and put that to good use raising almost 10x the funds from the Summer 2019 event. With the help from some volunteers, we were able to provide a higher quality sound, venue and atmosphere to ensure the night was an even greater success than the last. We reached full-capacity very quickly and played way longer than expected.

This event was held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Georgetown, ON. Having a full-serve bar and more space for a dance floor made the event much more enjoyable. The addition of Shawn Fisher on violin, and Nate Bachynski on guitar/vocals, opened up so many avenues for musical arrangements.

A big THANK YOU goes out to all that attended and graciously donated towards our cause. We couldn’t do it without you.

A BIG special thanks goes to Peter for volunteering his time as the sound engineer, and Cody for volunteering his time and equipment as the professional photographer & videographer. After hours of editing, Cody was able to produce high quality videos of many of the songs, and is already looking forward to bringing more cameras, angles, and experience to the next show.
